Friendly and helpful staff.
Great staff. Cliff had lots of helpful info and recommendations for Cape Cod. The hot tub was a nice add on. Parking is for free.

The staff on front desk were extremely helpful and put a huge amount of effort into making sure that all guests are welcomed and extremely helpful.The location was great.
Room was fine. My wife was able to use the hot tub. This was handy to walk to main street, Hyannis. A short drive to Kalmus Beach and to watch the boats come out from the inner harbor. We had a pleasant time here.
Liam who was on duty right through our stay was great - friendly, very helpful with recommendations for restaurants locally ( Spankys clam shack was indeed excellent) and places to visit after we left ( Chatham Fish pier fascinating and surrounded by beautiful beaches). The room was ideal for us and very clean. Nice to have a coffee maker and mini fridge. We had both heating and aircon so it’s set up for all temperatures. 2 lovely pools and hot tub- didn’t use them but they were decent sized and clean. Breakfast acceptable ( continental) and nice to have it included. Good parking. Good location for the harbour and Main Street. As a retired hotelier I’d have no hesitation in recommending this inn.
